Luang Pu’s Name
Why called “Luang Pu Nenkham”?
While he was on the pilgrimage in Kalasin, the local people saw him like an 80 to 90 years old monk who had white hair, hunchback, and wrinkled skin sitting meditation in a net. But, when he came out of the net, he looked like a young novice. Some people dreamt he stood above their beds as a young novice and then suddenly he turned into a very old monk. Since then, he was called as “Luang Pu” or “Luang Pu Nenkham”. “Luang Pu” means a very old monk. “Nen” means a novice. “Kham” means adorable, endearing
