Those who need to come out of such cycle must carefully practise sila ( code of conduct in Buddhism), do meditation ( bhavana), have strong faith (saddha), practise mental development, insight meditation (vipassana bhavana), be free from emotions, self, worldly and Dhamma attachments, doubts and all worldly supposition; thus shall be called the Enlightened One.
  • Dhamma always exists in wisdom persons’ mind. Dhamma wisdom is the best in present existence.
  • Dhamma is as a reminder to make you awake and let go your self obsession, return all attachments with equanimous mind. Detached mind by Dhamma, clearly understand and consider that’s just supposed.
  • Dhamma practitioners must obviously consider and review the result of past experiences with consciousness and awareness whether defilements, craving and attachment are still remain in minds, how much they are still remain there. State of mind must be deeply investigated to eradicate all impurities. Everything arises, everything must be passed away.

  • Foolishness from being deceived by others is nothing compare with foolishness from allowing defilements (impurities) to lead your minds into wrong directions.
  • I shall make the present existence as the epoch of Lord Buddha when monks, laymen and laywomen were accomplished Arahants (liberated being, fully-awaken being, one who has destroyed all his mental impurities, eradicated all cankers) the most.
  • If you are attached and satisfied with the state that you are enlightened, awake, and delighted, you shall be reborn with the same old behaviours.
  • If you do not have good practice in morality (sila), you shall not be enlightened in morality (sila). If you do not have good practice in insight meditation (vipassana bhavana), you shall not enlighten in right mindfulness (samma-sati). If you do not have right consciousness, you shall not develop mental development, right concentration (samma-samadhi). If you do not attentively and properly consider defilements, craving, attachment (impurities), you shall not be enlightened in experiential wisdom (panna).
  • If you offend an Arahant, you seem to offend all Arahants and the Lord Buddha as well. Such bad karma is so severe.
  • Keep observing your characteristic of mind until you clearly understand it’s nature, then you shall perceive Dhamma. Truly understand your mind, truly attain Dhamma.
  • Liberated mind is beyond all merits and sins.
  • Make things clear at this moment. Do not wish for the future existence. Do not practise for a long future. Purify your mind and body at this moment without hesitation, distraction, and anxiety.

  • Ranks, prestige, good health, happiness, well being and intelligence only exist in this world but they cannot be brought with us to another world (existence). That’s just supposition. You may have marvelous assets, eccentric names, automobiles but nothing is real. They are all suppositions. Once you can let go such defilements and craving (by purifying your mind), then realize it’s just supposed that, you will be free from world cycles.
  • Real essence for Dhamma practitioner according to Lord Buddha’s teaching is to be free from all.

  • The most important summit is virtuous persons’ mind reaching into the ultimatum of Buddhism (the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha) by being enlightened, awaken and delighted as the Lord Buddha. That is to reach the summit of Buddhism.
  • There is no place of birth for Nirvana, the extinction of all defilements and suffering. It’s above all worlds and the cycle of all the suffering of repeated births and deaths.
  • Those who wish this existence to be the last (no more rebirths) must purify body and mind, do understand rightly of mental and physical process and realize their truth without any doubt at all then leave them with equanimous mind.
